This is a mixed media installation, comprising textile, painting, photography, and poetry.
The work invites the viewer to explore and engage in different kinds of losses. Following the cycle of grief - denial, anger, bargaining, depression and finally acceptance - this exhibition hopes to conjure open conversations about ‘loss’ in a time where it can sometimes be hard to connect and share with others.
The installation was first shown in July 2023, St Albans Church, Bristol. It will be exhibited inside St Mary’s Parish Church, 69 Decoy Drive, Hampden Park BN22 9PP.
30 October – 4 November 2023. Daily 10:00-16:00.
